1 galon ice cream pail of tomatoes
1 large onion
1 large green pepper
1 large red pepper
2-8 jalapeņos
5/1/2 oz can tomato paste
3/4 c.vinegar
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tabs pickling salt
2 tsp paprika
2 garlic cloves or 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Dice up all the vegetables as small or large as you would like them. Bigger chunks for more of a chunky salsa if preferred. Combine and mix everything together in a large pot or roaster on stove top. Bring to a boil for about 1/2 an hour then reduce heat to medium for approx 2 hrs then pour into boiled hot jars and lids. Throughout the 2 hrs check on it to see if you need to add more jalapeņos for spice.
