Ingredients: 1 c. green onions
1 c. green peppers
1 c. mushrooms
2- tsp. basil
2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. lemon pepper
1- T. Tony's Seasoning (creole)
1 lb. diced chicken(4-5 boneless chicken breast cut into 1 inch cube pieces)
1/2 cup butter
2 qts. heavy cream
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 lg. bag of penne pasta

Directions: |
Directions:Boil Pasta until ready and set aside. Add butter to pan and melt and add chicken and sprinlkle with cajun seasoning. Cook until chicken begins to turn white and add onions, peppers and mushrooms. Cook for about 10 minutes on medium heat or until vegetables turn soft. Add heavy cream and spices and cook down for about 10 minutes on med. heat. Mix sauce with pasta and parmesan cheese. |

Notes: Diana and I ate out on a date when we first met and she loved a dish at a certain restaurant. I tried to recreate this dish at home and was far off but it was a dish we loved and was our number 1 seller at our restaurant, Pasta's!
