3-4 POUNDS OF PORK RIBS, CUT IN PIECES.
1 LEMON CUT INTO SLICES
1 LARGE ONION

SAUCE
1 CUP CATSUP
2 DASHES TABASCO
1 TEASPOON OF SALT
1 TEASPOON CHILI POWDER
2 CUPS WATER

Directions:
PLACE RIBS IN SHALLOW ROASTING PAN, MEATY SIDE UP. ON EACH PIECE PLACE A SLICE OF LEMON AND ONION. ROAST IN HOT OVEN 450º FOR 30 MINUTES. POUR OFF FAT.
TAKE SAUCE INGREDIENTS FROM ABOVE AND COMBINE, AND HEAT TO BOILING AND POUR OVER RIBS. CONTINUE BAKING IN 350º OVEN UNTIL TENDER. BASTE RIBS WITH SAUCE EVERY 20 MINUTES.(IF SAUCE GETS TO THICK, ADD WATER)
