2 cans pineapple chunks
1 large can sliced peaches
1 can purple plums (take out seeds)
6 sliced bananas
1 jar maraschino cherries
1 can mandarin oranges
1/3 cup butter
1/2 cup broken pecans
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 T curry power

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and melted butter then add the curry powder. Mix with the drained fruit. Pour all in buttered casserole and sprinkle with extra brown sugar. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
Can be frozen and reheated in double boiler
