1 TEASPOON BAKING POWDER
1/4 TEASPOON SALT
1 TABLESPOON BUTTER
1/2 CUP MILK
TOPPING:
4 TALES MELTED BUTTER
8 TABLESPOON BROWN SUGAR
3 TABLESPOON CREAM
1 CUP COCONUT

Directions:
BEAT EGGS UNTIL LIGHT, ADD SUGAR,VANILLA,FLOUR, BAKING POWDER AND SALT. HEAT 1/2 CUP MILK AND 1 TABLESPOON BUTTER TO BOILING.
ADD TO ABOVE AND BEAT WELL.
TOPPING:
MIX ALL INGREDIENTS, PLACE ON CAKE AND
PUT UNDER BROILER TIL GOLDEN BROWN.

A FAVORITE CAKE IN THE MARSHALL HOUSEHOLD. LEES FAVORITE. LEE ACTUALLY SHOWED KAREN HOW TO MAKE THIS CAKE WHEN ETHELYN AND BERT WERE ON ONE OF THEIR VEGAS VACATIONS AND LEE HAD TO BABYSIT.
