4 cups water
1 can red beans (or beans of your choice)
2 cups long grain rice (Uncle Ben's)
1 small onion (or onion powder)
Paprika
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Dice onions and saute in margarine or oil. Add seasoning's and water and bring to a boil. Add beans and rice. Cover and cook on low flame until done (approximately 20 minutes)
Serves 6 to 8 people.
