6 large potatoes
3/4 c sour cream
1 4 oz cream cheese
1/1/2 tsp onion salt
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp white pepper
2 tbsp butter

Crumb Topping;
1 1/2 tbsp melted butter 3/4 c fine bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes in water till tender. Drain and mash until smooth.
Add rest of ingredients except topping and beat until light and fluffy.
Put in well- buttered casserole. Top with crumbs which have been combined with melted butter.
Bake at 350 for 30 min. Let stand for 10 min before serving.
