1 - 10 oz can prepared Pizza crust (Pillsbury)
1 c finely chopped fully cooked lean ham
2 c shredded fat free mozzarella cheese
1/2 c Egg Beaters
1 - 12 oz container of fat free sour cream
1/2 c chopped onion

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over to 425º. Spray an 11 X 17 inch jelly roll pan with non-fat cooking spray. With hands spread out dough to the edge of pan. Arrange ham and cheese over crust. In a medium bowl, beat Egg beaters, sour cream and onions together with a spoon until combined. Pour over pizza and bake for 15 - 20 minutes.
