1 1/2 Cups - Weston Salad Oil
2 1/2 Cups - Sugar
3 Eggs (Beaten)
3 Cups - Flour
1/2 Cup - Buttermilk
1 tbsp Vanilla
1 1/2 Cups - Mashed Bananas
1 Cup - Chopped Pecans
1 Cup - Coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Blend salad oil, sugar, eggs, and flour. Blend well.

Mix separately buttermilk, vanilla and bananas. After mixing, add to first mixture. After blended add in pecans and coconut.

Bake at 325º for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
