2 or 3 pound roast cut into bite size pieces
1 packet Lipton onion soup mix
2 cans Cream of Mushroom soup
Directions:
Directions:
Place pieces of roast in crock pot. Sprinkle packet of onion soup over meat. Cover with soup and let cook up to 9 hours on low. I usually stir about 1/2 way through cooking. Serve over mashed potatoes or pasta.
