5 Eggs
˝-Cup Milk
3-Cups Unseasoned Bread Crumbs
15 Center Cut Pork Chops
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together, eggs and milk. Dip pork chops into egg mixture, then into the bread crumbs, then fry in oil until browned on both sides, season to taste with salt and pepper. Layer pork chops in roasting pan, add water just covering pork chops.
Mix together egg mixture and the remaining bread crumbs, make patties (klupz), and put them in roaster with pork chops. Bake in a 350-degree oven for 1-˝ hours.
