Cake:
3 1/2 C Brazil nuts
1 tsp Sea Salt
3 C pitted Dates
1 C Carob or Cocoa Powder
3 C shredded Coconut (not the fake stuff) optional

Frosting:
1 C pitted Dates
1/4 C Carob or Cocoa Powder
1/4 C extra virgin Olive Oil
1 C Water, as needed

Directions:
Directions:
To make cake, process Brazil nuts and salt and cocoa into a powder in your food processor. Slowly add dates. Press into any shape dish. To make the frosting, place all the ingredients into your blender. Blend into a smooth frosting. Frost your cake. Will keep for seven days in the fridge.
