2 large eggs
2/3 c. oatmeal (old-fashion); raw
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 C. nonfat milk
1 small onion, diced
1/2 bell pepper
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 lb. ground turkey
1/2 lb. ground round beef
Glaze: 1/2 C. tomato sauce
3 T. ketchup
2 teas. dry mustard
2 T. apple juice

375º 35 min. 9" square pan
In mixing bowl, beat egg whites slightly with fork.
Add milk, 1/2 C. nonfat milk,oatmeal, Worcestershire sauce & pepper & let stand 10-min, place onion, green pepper, garlic in blender; to chop fine. Add ground meat, eggs, & vegetable mixture- mix with fork to combine. Mound mixture into 9" square pan, coated with nonstick spray.
Bake for 35. min. Remove to brush on glaze, return oven and bake 10 min. more.
Remove from oven let stand cool 14-min. Slice into slices and serve on platter.
