1 loose cup cilantro (Slightly diced with the leafless part of the stem cut off)
4 large tomatoes (medium diced)
7 medium cloves fresh garlic (diced into small pieces)
1 eight oz. package feta cheese (crumbled into skillet using hands)
8 oz. hamburger or sausage or a combination of both (broken-up however you prefer)
3/4 tsp. salt (or however much is desired)
1 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/4 tsp. onion powder

Heat olive oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add garlic and meat. Add onion powder and salt. Cook meat thoroughly. Add tomatoes and then all the other ingredients. Cover skillet with lid and simmer on medium low heat for 25 minutes (stirring occasionally). Serve marinara sauce on top of your choice of noodles…preferably angel hair noodles.
