3 tablespoons butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups beef broth
1/2 cup sherry
1 cup heavy cream

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook 3 minutes. Add flour, and cook, stirring constantly 2 minutes. Stir in broth and sherry; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Stir in cream and simmer 20 minutes or until thickened.
