1 lb Pecans
1 1/2 c corn syrup
1 c butter
1 c packed brown sugar
1 c sweetened condensed milk
2 c semisweet chocolate chips
1/4 c butter
1/2 bar parowax

Directions:
Directions:
Spread pecans over bottom of greased 9x13 pan and 8x8 pan.
Combine syrup,1st amount of butter,sugar and milk in heavy saucepan. Bring to boil stirring continually. Continue to boil slowly over low heat stirring often for about 25 min.(250) with thermometer,(A small amount dropped in ice water will form a firm ball that will hold its shape but can easily be flattened) Pour over pecans. Cool. Cover large tray with plastic wrap. Spoon out pecan mixture in small clumps. Freeze until firm to easy dipping.
Melt chocolate chips, 2nd butter & wax together in saucepan. Dip pecan clumps. Place on wax paper to set.
