Bottom crust:
1/2 c butter
1c flour
3 tbsp icing sugar

Topping:
2 eggs
1 c brown sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 c coconut
1/2 c chopped walnuts or pecans
1/3 c chopped marishino cherries ( optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Use cutter and cut in butter to flour and icing sugar.
Pat on bottom of pan and bake 350 for 10 min. Do not brown.
Mix topping ingredients together and spread on top and bake 20 min. at 325
