1 (17 oz.) can cream corn
1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn
1 lg. onion - chopped
1 sm. pimiento - chopped
1 med. green bell pepper - chopped
2/3 c. milk
1 egg
1 c. cracker crumbs
1 c. cheddar cheese - shredded
1/4 c. butter - melted
salt to taste
pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and salt and pepper to taste. Pour into casserole dish and bake at 350º for 1 hour.
