2 cups cooked chicken cubed
1 onion & green pepper chopped
1 can cream style corn
1 can Cream of Chicken or Cream of Mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
1 small can mushrooms (optional)
Cooked noodles
Salt & pepper to taste.
Garlic salt if you want.
Dried bread crumbs/dressing mix/potato chips/cracker crumbs to use as a topping

Directions:
Saute onion & green pepper in butter. Cook noodles according to directions. Mix all together except the topping crumbs and put in 13 x 9 pan (I usually spray pan with butter spray). Sprinkle crumbs on top and drizzle with about 4 T melted butter. Bake at 350 for about 30 min. until bubbly.
