2 pork tenderloins,
1/4 cup salt,
1/4 brown sugar,
3 cups water,
garlic and herb seasoning,
salt and fresh ground pepper,
Tangy Apricot Chipotle Sauce.

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve salt and sugar in water, place meat in gallon ziplock bag, add liquid, refrigerate for 3 to 12 hours, drain liquid and discard, dry meat, season with garlic and herbs, lightly salt and pepper. Sear meat on all side over hot barbecue until nicely browned about 15 minutes, place each loin on strip of foil and cover with sauce, seal tightly, place in slow oven (180 degrees) for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Remove from oven 20 minutes before slicing into 3/8 in. serving rounds, top sliced meat with gravy from meat at time of plating.
