4 Boiled Potatoes
1 lg. onion
11/2c. mayo
1/3 c. fresh lemon juice
1-11/2 t. sugar
Dash Cider Vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
After you boil the potatoes salt
Dice up the onion and salt
Mix the mayo , onions, lemon juice , sugar and
vinegar. After this is mixed well then fold in the potatoes.
Do not add pepper.

This is a very old recipe that I have made for years. I serve it on huge lettuce leaves. It is simply delicious!
