Ingredients:
Ingredients:
One brimming cup of warm water (temp not more than 115 degrees F.).
Bread flour, 2 or 3 cups: amount will vary depending on the humidity.
One tsp. yeast.
One tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Pour the water into a large bowl. Sprinkle yeast over water and let it dissolve for a minute or so. Sprinkle flour over the water while stirring. After adding one cup of flour, sprinke the salt over the flour. Continue to sprinkle flour while stirring. Once it gets hard to stir, quit using the spoon. Sprinkle some more flour on and work it in with your hands. It will be sticky. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and put in a warm oven for at least 30 minutes while you prepare your other ingredients. When the dough has puffed up, sprinkle flour over the dough. As you dig into the edges of the dough, sprinkle more flour to prevent sticking. Spread shortening on your pizza pan and spread the dougn over the pan, using flour on top of the dough to prevent sticking.
Use the toppings you like. Bake at 475º.
