Ingredients:  
1 ½ Lbs Sirloin Steak or Beef Tips, Sliced thinly
2 Green Peppers, Cut into strips
1 Onion, Chopped
1 Can Diced Tomatoes
1 Cup Water or Beef Broth
¼ Cup Vegetable Oil
½ t Ground Ginger
1 t Garlic Salt
2 T Corn Starch
4 T Soy Sauce
Hot Cooked Rice

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat oil until very hot. Add Meat and stir-fry until browned.
2. Add Onion, water, garlic salt and Ginger. Cook 5 minutes
3. Add Bell Pepper, cook 5 minutes
4. Add tomatoes.
5. Combine Corn starch and soy sauce in bowl, whisk well.
6. Add to meat and pepper mixture. Bring to a boil. Serve over rice.
