6 bone-in pork chops
1 stick butter
4 stalks celery
1 small onion
2 eggs, slightly beaten
Baked corn bread (jiffy corn mix is what I use.)
1 can chicken broth
salt & pepper to taste
sage

Directions:
Directions:
brown port chops in lightly oiled skillet. Crumble cornbread into bowl, add 2 eggs slightly beaten and chicken broth until some what soupy. Saute celery and onion until barely tender. Add to cornbread mixture. Add salt pepper and sage to taste. Use Loaf pan set on short end. Add stuffing then pork chop, stuffing, then next chop and so on until done. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for approximate 1 1/2 hours.
