1 (16 oz.) can of pumpkin
1 (12 oz.) tub of Cool Whip
2 sm. boxes of instant vanilla pudding
1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
3/4 c. milk
11 pkgs. Sweet & Low or 15 pkgs. of Equal
1 graham cracker pie crust

Mix all ingredients together until well blended except about 4 oz. Cool Whip. Pour this mixture into crust. Spread remaining Cool Whip on top of pie. Cover and refrigerate approximately 4 hours before serving.
