½ lb mushrooms, sliced
½ cup onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
½ cup butter or margarine
¼ cup flour
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
1 lb beef tenderloin or top round cut into strips
1 to 2 tbsp flour
¾ cup beef bullion
2 tbsp sherry
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp salt
¼ cup sliced stuffed green olives
1 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté mushrooms, onions and garlic in butter on medium heat for about 5 minutes.

Combine ¼ cup of flour, with ½ tsp salt and ¼ tsp pepper. Coat meat strips with seasoned flour. Brown in mushroom mixture. Remove meat and vegetables from pan a put aside.

Stir in 2 tbsp of flour into the pan drippings, and add bullion, stirring until smooth. Add wine, Worcestershire sauce, tomato paste, salt and olives and cook until thickened. Add sour cream, a little at a time. If cooking in advance, take off heat and do the next steps about 15 minutes before serving. If serving right away, continue.

Simmer the sauce mixture, stirring constantly. When sauce is hot, add meat and vegetables to the sauce and heat to serving temperature. Serve with either rice or noodles.
