2 c russet potatoes, peeled and cubed.
1 stick butter.
2 tbsp diced green onion, bulb only.
1/4 c flour.
2 cans, 6.5 oz, minced clams, with juice.
1 tsp salt.
16 oz half and half cream.
1/2 c whole milk.
1/3 c clam juice.

Directions:
Directions:
Place boiled potatoes in a small bowl and set aside. Saute onions in butter until translucent. Add flour and stir briskly. Add half and half, a little at a time while stirring. Add salt, clams, clam juice, potatoes, milk, and stir, on medium/low heat. Bring chowder to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer 15 min, stirring frequently.
