3/4 lb ground pork
1/4 C minced scallions
5 C shredded cabbage
1 tsp grated ginger
1 egg - beaten
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
Round Won Ton wraps
Oil for pan

Directions:
Directions:
Sweat cabbage down in a skillet with a little butter and water. Remove and put cabbage and all other ing in a lg bowl. Mix together with hands. Place a tsp of mixture in the center of a wrap and wet edges with water. Fold and press. Try to make little pleats along the edge if you can. Place bottom down in a lg skillet with enough oil in the bottom to cover pan good. Fill the pan. Cook over med heat till the bottoms are dark brown. Now add about 1 C water to pan and cover with a lid. Steam for 7 min. Serve with rice or noodles and soy sauce.

I have a hard time finding the round won ton wraps but the square will work.
