3 bags bread cubes
1 pkg. turkey or chicken gizzards
1 tsp. salt
1 large onion
celery
2 - 3 cans chicken broth
1/2 tsp. Sage
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Put gizzards in a sauce pan, cover with water and add salt. Cook gizzards until tender. Save broth water and cool. Grind cooked gizzards onion and celery. Add to the broth water. Put in refrigerator. (Can be done the night before). In the morning put together the broth mixture and the bread cubes. Add 2-3 cans of chicken broth. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well together. If need more moisture add warm water until you get the right consistency. Stuff turkey or put in a buttered large pyrex bowl. Cover with foil. Bake 325º for 2 -3 hours.
