1/2 C butter
1 C sugar
1 C and 2 T brown sugar
3 eggs
2 C peanut butter
3/4 tsp light corn syrup
1/4 tsp vanilla
4 1/2 C rolled oats
2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 C mini Reese's Pieces
6 oz. chocolate or white chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and gradually add sugars- beat well. Add eggs, peanut butter, syrup, and vanilla. Add rolled oats, baking soda, and salt, and stir well. Stir in remaining ingredients. (dough will be stiff) Crop cough on lightly greased cookie sheet, flatten, and bake at 350º for 12-15 minutes. (centers of cookies should be slightly soft) Cool.
