8 c. riced russet potatoes - cooked
1/2 c. evaporated milk or cream
8 tbsp. butter/margarine
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
3 1/2 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes, drain well. Rice into a warm pan. Add rest of ingredients. Gradually add flour until right consistency for rolling. Roll out on a floured surface to soft shell taco size thickness. Heat pancake griddle or grill to 450º. Put on hot griddle and toast one side and flip over and toast the other side.
