3/4 c. warm water
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. active dry yeast
1 tbsp. olive oil
2 - 2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 - 2 tbsp. cornmeal

Directions:
Directions:
Place water, sugar and yeast in a large bowl. Mix and let stand 5 to 10 minutes or until foamy. Add olive oil, and 1 cup flour stir to combine. Add salt and stir. Slowly stir in the remaining flour to form soft dough. On a lightly floured surface knead dough 6 - 8 minutes. Place in a medium bowl, cover with plastic wrap or clean towel and let rise one hour. Gently punch down the middle of the dough. Roll into a 14 - 16 inch round. Makes two pizzas. Bake 475º 9 - 12 minutes.
