1 1/2 # hamburger
1 c. celelry, chopped
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can water
1 can milk
3 T. soy sauce
1/2 c. uncooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hambuger, drain grease. Add chopped celery & onion, salt. Saute for 5 minutes. Remover from heat and put in casserole dish. Add remaining ingredients. Bake 350º covered for 1 1/2 hours. Ten minutes before serving, remove cover and add chow mein noodles to the top.
Bake another ten minutes so noodles get crunchy.

Hints: Stir intermittently while baking. Too thick - add a bit of water.
