2 T. gelatin
1/2 C. cold water
2 C. scalded milk
3/4 C sugar
1/2 T. salt, 2 C cooked rice
1 C whipping cream, 2 T vanilla extract
1 C crushed pineapple (drained)chill until firm

Directions:
Directions:
Soak gelatin in cold water, 5 min. add hot milk, sugar, salt. Stir then add 2 cups cooked rice, cool until mixture begins to thicken. Fold in 1 C whipping cream, 2 T. vanilla extract, 1 C crushed pineapple, then chill until firm. 25 min. refrigerator.
