4 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 cup Cheddar and Swiss cheese, mixed
1 can French fried onion rings
1 can crab meat (or any other meat)
9" pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and sour cream. Fold in cheese, onion rings and crab meat.
Bake pie crust at 350º for 5 minutes. Prick and return to oven for 5 minutes.
Pour crab mixture into shell and bake for 35 minutes or until set.
