Freshly caught South Carolina Shrimp
1 lb. angel hair pasta
1 cup red pepper, chopped
1 cup onion, chopped
1 cup green bell pepper
1/2 jar (4 oz.) sundried tomatoes packed in oil
1 pint heavy cream
1 cup parmesan cheese
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Bring water to a boil. Add 1 tablespoon olive oil. Dash of salt and shrimp. Cook 3 minutes or until shrimp is pink. Remove from water; set aside.

In a saute pan, melt 3 tablespoons butter. Add onion, red & green peppers and sundried tomatoes. Saute until caramelized.
Slowly add cream & shrimp. Stir till heated thoroughly. Top with cheese. Serve hot.
