1lb ground turkey or beef
1 egg
1 large bell pepper, chopped
dash sage
dash pepper
dash oregano
1 cabbage, boiled and leaves separated
1 cup rice, slightly cooked or soaked in water
2 16oz cans Italian tomato sauce
1 can tomato soup

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ground meat with red pepper, egg and spices and rice. Roll meat mixture in cabbage leaves and secure with a toothpick; place in casserole dish. Mix tomato sauce with tomato soup and pour into casserole dish. Cook 1 hour at 350º
