2lb Pork Loin
3 medium onions, sliced
2 cups celery, chopped
1/4 cup water
1 1/2-2 cups beef broth
1 tbsp molasses
2-3 tbsp soy sauce (to taste)
1 cup fresh/or canned sprouts
1 can Chinese variety mushrooms
1-2 tbsp corn starch

Rice or crispy chop suey noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Salt and pepper pork loin and add to large skillet; brown. Remove meat from pan and add onions and celery and steam with 1/4 cup water. Re add meat; add beef broth, soy sauce and molasses. Add sprouts and mushrooms. Retain 1/4 cup liquid and mix with cornstarch. Add to mixture to thicken. Serve over rice or crispy chop suey noodles.
