1 chicken - stewed
1 med. onion - chopped
1 1/2 c. crushed corn chips
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can (10.5 oz.) Rotel
6 oz. cheddar cheese - grated

Directions:
Directions:
Simmer chicken. Remove bones and cut into small pieces. Combine soups and tomatoes. In greased casserole, layer 1/2 of chicken, onions, soup and tomato mixture, cheese and corn chips. Repeat. Bake 45 minutes at 350º.
