3 cups flour
1 cup sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs
1 cup oil
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups shredded zucchini
1/2 cups nuts

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well.
Pour into 2 greased & floured bread pans.
Mix 2 tbsp. sugar & 2 tsp. cinnamon. Sprinkle on top of loaves.
Bake at 350º for 45-60 minutes.
