2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
1 tbls dried herbes de Provence
1 tsp sea salt
Juice of 1 lime
2 tsp honey
3 tsp Tabasco pepper sauce
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp Lea & Perrins Worcertershire sauce
1 tbls balsamic vinegar
Splash of olive oil
Little squirt of Heinz tomato ketchup
8-10 chicken pieces (drumsticks and thighs)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients, except the chicken, in a bowl and stir well. Arrange the chicken in a single layer in a large ovenproof dish and pour the marinade over the chicken. Leave marinating for an hour or so.
Preheat the oven to 325º Roast the chicken for 45-50 minutes then serve.
