1 8 oz pk.g macaroni, cooked
1lb sausage
1 onion sliced
1 green pepper, seeded and chopped
2 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cup milk
1/2lb Swiss cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage, onion and pepper until browned. toss with cooked macaroni and put in casserole dish. In sauce pan combine flour, salt, milk, and cheese and cook over medium heat stirring until thicken. Pour mixture over sausage/ noodle mixture and bake at 400º for 25 minutes.
