2 Cloves garlic
2 lbs fresh Roma tomatoes
1 oz fresh basil leaves-minced
1/3 C extra virgin olive oil
3 oz Parmesan cheese
12 oz angel hair pasta
1/2 tsp cracked pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat olive oil and add garlic, cook until garlic turns white. Add tomatoes and pepper and heat through while stirring constantly, being careful that tomatoes do not lose their shape. Remove from heat. Transfer cooked pasta to large bowl. Toss pasta with tomato mixture and add basil and half the Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately and add the remaining cheese.
