Ingredients:	Ingredients: Cake: 2 c. sugar 2 c. flour 1 stick margarine 1/2 c. oil 4 T. Nestle Quick powder 1 c. water 2 eggs - beaten 1/2 c. buttermilk 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. vanilla Frosting: 1 stick margarine 4 T. Nestle Quick powder 6 T. buttermilk 2 c. powdered sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. pecans - chopped

Directions:	Directions: Sift flour and sugar in large mixing bowl. Bring 1 stick margarine, oil, 4 T. Nestle Quick and water to a boil and pour over flour and sugar. Mix this at low speed. Add the rest of the cake ingredients and mix until well blended. Pour into 11x13x2 inch greased and floured pan. Bake at 350º for 30-35 minutes. Let cool a few minutes before frosting. For frosting, place margarine, Nestle Quick, and buttermilk in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Add other ingredients and mix well. Frost cake after cooling for a few minutes and enjoy!
