10 medium new potatoes
2 TBSP margarine or butter
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
Mrs. Dash, original flavor
Garlic salt
Parsley flakes
1 TBSP lemon juice
Nonstick cooking spray, butter flavored

Directions:
Wash, but do not peel, the new potatoes. Cut into 1/2-inch slices. Place in microwave casserole dish. Add 1/2 cup water, cover with plastic wrap. Cook on high in the microwave for 14 minutes. The potatoes should be soft, but not mushy.

After cooking, drain in a colander. Spray the casserole with nonstick vegetable spray, and layer 1/3 of potatoes in bottom. Sprinkle lightly with 1/2 of the suggested flavorings. Add two more layers of potatoes, followed by a light coating of flavorings on top of each. Bake at 350º for 15 minutes or until hot throughout.

Nutritional Information for 1/2 cup serving: 112 calories, 2g fat, 2g protein, 21.5 carbohydrates, 0 cholesterol, 23% fat.
