---------- LAYER IN BOTTOM OF GREASED 9X13 PAN
6 c. apples sliced (granny smith or macintosh)

---------- DOT WITH BUTTER & SPRINKLE WITH CINNAMON
1/4 C. margarine or butter
1 tsp. cinnamon

---------- MIX TOGETHER
1 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
2 tsp baking powder

Pour batter evenly over apple mixture.
Bake at 350º for 50-60 minutes
