Ingredients:
2 ripe Haas avocodos
1 T purple onion, finely chopped
1 serrano pepper, finely chopped (leave in seeds if you like it hot!)
2 T cilantro, finely chopped
juice of 1 lime
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Scoop avocados into a bowl and sprinkle remaining ingredients on top. Mix with two forks until desired chunkiness. Grandma taught me to put one of the avocado pits in the middle of the dip when serving to prevent browning. I still do this in honor of my wise Grandma and the avocado gods.
