Potatoes peeled and cubed
Onion flakes
Carrots washed whole
Eggs
Salt to taste

Pickles
Celery
Black olives

Mayo
Sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes cubes, onion flakes, carrots, salt and layer the eggs on top. After cooking is complete slice carrots thickly, and peel and chop the eggs. Save two eggs for decorating the top.

Chop the onions, piclkes, celery, and black olives.

Mix all the ingredients together except for the eggs with a generous helping of mayo and sour cream. After it has been well blended fold the eggs into the mix.
