4 lg. potatoes
1 stick butter
1 pt. half and half
1 c. American cheese - cubed
1 c. sour cream
6 slices bacon - cooked and diced
1 T. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes as if making mashed. Put in to a 9x13 inch baking dish. In saucepan over medium low heat, mix butter, half and half, salt, and cheese together until cheese melts. Pour over potatoes. Bake 350º for 30-40 minutes. Spread sour cream over top. Sprinkle with bacon. Bake for 10 more minutes.
