1-2 large garlic cloves
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp ground thyme
1/4 cup olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Puree garlic in bowl with salt. Mash into paste with wooden spoon. Wisk in Dijon mustard, soy sauce, lemon juice, thyme and olive oil. Paint each side of lamb with marinate and place on grill or broil for 10 minutes each side basting as needed.
